Frequently Asked Question

A prosthesis is another name for your false teeth. Also used are plate, denture, partial, flipper, interim, framework, flexible partial, over denture etc

One of our customer service specialists will contact you ASAP once we receive your repair request. We will verify that your denture is one that we can repair with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We do this through photos of the damage, and a thorough, professional discussion. During the phone call, we must at that time take prepayment in the full amount, this ensures we can start working on your case AS SOON as it reaches our lab. We accept all major debit and credit cards. We are unable to accept insurance and personal checks

Immediately after your payment has been processed, our customer service specialist will email you the label required. You must then print it out and drop it off at a designated carrier location.

We suggest using a box that is large enough for the label, but no larger. The label is prepaid for one pound, and any additional shipping charges incurred to our account due to oversized packaging will be forwarded. Please make sure to put a filler in the box to prevent any damage to your prosthesis during shipping transit. Suggestions include: bubble wrap, foam, or balled up newspaper

6 months from the day we ship your case back, we guarantee your prosthesis will not break in the same spot. If it does, we will do the repair over, at no charge. We will however need $15 prepayment to send you the return label. A more detailed explanation of our warranty can be found here .

Almost all repairs can be completed in two days once we receive your case! Average shipping times vary, but usually from the Midwest and the entire east coast take one day. This would lead you to be without your denture for 4 working days. For example, if you live in Florida, and ship your repair on Monday, we will receive it Tuesday, ship it Thursday and you should have it back to you Friday. However, if you ship your denture Thursday and we receive it Friday, we will not ship it back until Monday because we are closed on the weekends! In this scenario, you would receive your denture back Tuesday. *These scenarios are reasonable estimates, we have no control over actual delivery by our carriers, nor inclement weather delays. Additionally, thought should be given that the shipping carrier may (but not likely) lose your package, and in no way is fixmydentureusa held liable for such a scenario.
